As a water polo player, scuba diver, and aerial artist, runner, and cyclist, my love of movement lead me into the world of rehabilitation.
I received my Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at Samuel Merritt College in Oakland, California in 2002, and Pilates Instructor Certification with Ellie Herman in 2004.
In September 2005, I opened Synergy + Physical Therapy and Pilates Studio, in Marin County, CA, in order to create an ideal environment for the healing and wellness of my clients. Now, we take this education, background and learning online to share with clients all over the world.
