ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This 4 module workshop, live streamed on ZOOM. Each module is 5 hours long and it is taught each Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:30 PM, PST starting on September 1, 2021. The last Module: Common nerve-related dysfunctions and pilates-based applications is 12 hours long.
All modules are taught by Zeina A. Grifoni, a licensed physical therapist, Pilates instructor, and movement and rehab specialist. She is the owner of Synergy+ Physical Therapy & Pilates Studio in San Rafael, CA and in Locarno, Switzerland. Zeina has been teaching Pilates certification courses since 2005.
The pilates based applications will focus on several neurological conditions, including:
