Paula is an intuitive healer.  She serves from the foundation of love and patience through massage & bodywork therapies, and spiritual guidance.  Ancient and modern healing techniques are used to co-create experiences that enrich the lives of others and guide them to places of awareness and healing. 

Paula was taught by family elders, survivors of WWII Japanese incarceration. and inspired by the rhythmic influences of nature’s eco-systems.  She uses these healing techniques to relieve chronic pain; increase calm and relaxation; gain freedom from limiting ideas, and improve performance and confidence levels.  All sessions are organic in style and facilitated with a strong sense of stewardship that conveys her vision to honor each person’s unique healing process of body, mind-body, and soul.  Paula is looking forward to meeting you!
