Zeina A. Grifoni, a dedicated physical therapist and Pilates instructor who, in 2005, embarked on an exciting journey to create something truly special—a space where wellness and movement could flourish together. And that’s how Synergy+ Physical Therapy and Pilates Studio was born.

As the studio grew, Zeina found herself spending more time on bookings, billing, and admin tasks, which started taking her away from what she loved most: teaching Pilates, helping her clients heal, and making them stronger. So, in 2007, she asked her husband, Tiziano, to help take on the admin work to ease her load. Tiziano dove in, signing up for Mindbody right away. But as their practice expanded, they quickly realized that Mindbody alone wasn’t enough to manage the studio the way they envisioned. They added other software for better accounting and managing their home exercise programs and online classes. Yet, juggling three different platforms, each with its own quirks, became a drain on their time, budget, and energy.

That’s when they hit a turning point. Zeina and Tiziano decided to invest their own resources to create a single, all-in-one solution that would streamline calendars, bookings, client management, home exercise programs, and online classes into one seamless system. After months of hard work, Corebility was born.

Zeina and Tiziano have been using the all-in-one Corebility software to manage and grow their studio in San Rafael, California and in Ascona, Switzerland since the beginning of 2024.
